HappiSwitch (“HappiSwitch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides photobooth rental services for weddings and corporate events in Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”).
By submitting an enquiry, booking our services, or using a HappiSwitch photobooth at an event, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect personal data in two main ways: when you enquire or book with us, and when you or your guests use a HappiSwitch photobooth at an event.
2.1 Enquiry and booking data
When you submit our website contact form or otherwise get in touch, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address and phone number
- Company name (for corporate bookings)
- Event date, venue, and event type
- Details of your enquiry or message
- Any other information you choose to share with us
2.2 Event-day photo and video data
Our core service involves capturing photos and/or videos of guests through the photobooth. This means we — and, where relevant, our staff and equipment — collect:
- Photos and videos of individuals who use the photobooth
- Any digital sharing details guests provide at the booth to receive their photos (e.g. email address, phone number, or social media handle), where that feature is used
- Metadata such as timestamps associated with captured images
By stepping into or using the photobooth, guests consent to having their image captured for the purposes described in Section 3. It is the responsibility of the event host (our client) to ensure guests are reasonably informed that a photobooth will be in operation at the event.
2.3 Website usage data
Like most websites, happiswitch.com may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited and time spent on site
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
2.4 Payment data
If/when online payment is enabled on happiswitch.com: Payment details are processed directly by our third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
3. How We Use Personal Data
We use personal data for the following purposes:

- Bundled/partner vendors, such as Antijitters Photo, only where you have booked a joint package (e.g. a Whole Night Bundle) and only to the extent needed to coordinate that shared booking
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights
Any third-party service provider we engage is required to protect personal data to a standard consistent with the PDPA.
