You have already chosen the venue, the banquet menu and the flowers. The part that is harder to plan is how the room feels: whether your guests mingle, whether the aunties and uncles join in, and whether anyone goes home with something they will keep.
That is the part HappiSwitch takes on for you. This couple’s evening shows you how it goes, from your first message to your last print.

How a HappiSwitch wedding works
Two decisions are yours. Everything else is handled.
Here is how it works, step by step, from checking your date to your gallery.
-
01
Your part
You check whether your date is free.
You share your names, your date and your venue, and HappiSwitch lets you know whether the date is open. From there, you decide how far you would like to take your experience.
-
02
Your part
You choose your look, and you sign it off.
Your backdrop, props and print design are chosen through one short intake form, with seven backdrop colours to pick from and your names and date on every strip. Nothing prints until you have approved it.
-
03
Handled for you
Your photobooth is set, lit and tested before your first guest arrives.
HappiSwitch arrives early and sets up to suit your venue, whether that is a hotel ballroom, a restaurant or a garden venue. Your attendant stays the whole session, directing shots and keeping the queue moving.
Nobody in your bridal party is handed a job.

04
Handled for you
Your guests start mingling from the first hour.
Your bridesmaids, your friends squeezed into one enormous frame, the relatives who rarely stand still for a photograph, the youngest guests, props included. Your photobooth gives everyone a reason to come together between the march-in, the speeches and the yam seng, without ever competing with them.
Props included, and the youngest guests found them first. -
05
What comes back to you
Your gallery arrives within 48 hours, including the moments you missed.
Whilst you are busy being the couple, your photobooth keeps photographing. Your guests leave with prints in hand, and you receive every frame in your complete online gallery, ready to download and share.
Wedding photostrips
A favour your guests make themselves, and actually keep.
Every strip prints on the spot, carrying your names and your wedding date, all session long. These are a few of the couple’s. Yours carry your own design.
